I replied to this tweet assuming it was true. Big mistake. One should always click to ten before responding to something one sees on the Internet.
Afterwards, something struck me as odd about it, so I deleted it and did a little digging. And since nothing disappears from the Internet I would like to reveal what I found.
I checked the source, which doesn’t exist. RT references Middle East Eye and an alleged interview of Rabbi Elhanan Beck with the quote, “'Israel no problem killing 100 MILLION people' — rabbi.” When you click on the reference you find an interview of Rabbi Beck by Middle East Eye. This quote does not exist anywhere.
Instead, you find that Rabbi Beck was an orthodox Jew who vehemently opposed Zionism and was outspoken against the Zionist state of Israel. He said that Jews and Moslems have had peaceful, beneficial, and respectful relations for centuries from Morocco to Iran, and the Palestinians should be allowed to live in peace. He clearly identified what was happening in Palestine of his day as a Zionist genocide. The greatest population of Jews today live in Israel, second in New York. And third? The third largest population of Jews in the world live in Iran.
Rabbi Beck died in 2021. Unless he can be interviewed posthumously, he cannot have said this about Israel’s genocide happening today.
My reply was this: This is 11 holocausts. One more would make a (Jewish) baker’s dozen.
This is wrong on two counts. One, twelve is not a baker’s dozen. Thirteen is. Doh!
And more importantly, it would be a Zionist baker’s dozen, not a Jewish baker’s dozen. Twelve Zionist holocausts visited on the innocents of Iran, the country with the third largest population of Jews living in it.
Please accept my clarification and apologies for insulting all Jews because of the sins of some Zionists. I pray that people everywhere who are aghast at the genocide in west Asia will realize this: Zionism is an apartheid, racist ideology based on Kabbalism. Kabbalism is a medieval Jewish sect that relies heavily on numerology, occultism, and mysticism.
Numbers such as six million are magical and meaningful in Kabbalah, which is why it appears so frequently in Zionist propaganda. Many people were slaughtered in the genocide of the mid twentieth century: Communists, Gypsies, the handicapped, homosexuals…, and Jews. One million alone died of starvation during the siege of Leningrad. None less precious than the rest.
Zionism is a racist ideology based on cultist beliefs and mysticism, and foremost that it, alone, deserves a place at God’s table, all others being lesser folk. Does this remind you of anybody else? I hope it does. There is a phrase about how they all should be dealt with:

Zionism is rejected by Hassidic Judaism as represented by Rabbi Beck and, indeed, by most of world Jewry, and must be rejected by all rational people everywhere.
Israel is not a Jewish state and must never be treated as being above the laws of nations and of common decency.
